Uniforms worn by the Security Service after 1942. The Security Service was the intelligence agency of the Protection Squadron and the Party in Germany. Established in 1931, the Security Service was the first intelligence organization under new ideology and the Secret Police (formed in 1933) was considered its sister organization through the integration of Protection Squadron members and operational procedures. The Security Service was administered as an independent Protection Squdaron office between 1933 and 1939. That year, the Security Service was transferred over to the Security Main Office as one of its seven departments.Its first director, intended for the Security Service to bring every single individual within the country reach under "continuous supervision"
